Salim with the quote (and being a young business owner) is fantastic to work with. They were thousands (yes, 000's) cheaper than the competition (there were a few others in their price range for the record as well).

The actual work being done was great as well. I had Ken, Trev, Luke and Ty at the house in the rain and the cuts were not only fantastic but the clean up was as well. Given the cutting location (right over top of a garden) they still manage to only hurt one plant which was outstanding.

The only negative I have towards the experience was some gaps in communication with the office. There was a few times I had to chase to get updates regarding scheduling days versus the rain. Admittedly, this season has been rough though which is why I kept this at 5 stars.

Overall, do yourself a favor getting quotes and call GreenCare.

The unbelievably reasonable quote provided by Salim for removal was better than the one for the 1st tree. Green Care definitely appreciates return business and more so, solidified the fact that customer service, as well as care and consideration for their customers is placed first and foremost as part of their service. Almost any tree removal company can remove a tree, but removing a tree while considering the customer's needs and financial means is hard to find, yet Green Care managed it!
When confirming the scheduling, they accommodated our very tight timeline based on several factors which included balancing the removal of the stumps with another company. We cannot understate how easy everything was and how kind and friendly Amanda was throughout all the setting up. Although behind the scenes, Amanda needs to be recognized for the kind and dedicated person she is.

The removal of the tree was as smooth as silk. Trev, Luke, and Travis arrived exactly on schedule and jumped right into work. It's amazing to watch three workers interact as friends while doing their jobs. It really made the work go by faster and it's evident that GreenCare employs good people who enjoy working with others.
As they removed the tree piece by piece and it was done over a surprisingly short timespan. Started in the morning, it was completed before lunch. Efficiency and care defined this tree removal.

To our friends at Green Care, you are all truly the cream of the crop where customer service is concerned and top of the top for services rendered. Outstanding in every possible way, GreenCare Tree Services is easily one of the best companies my wife and I have been fortunate enough to have stumbled upon. Their prices are beyond competitive, saving us move than half the cost (based on my research) to remove a decaying 20 foot tree from our property. One of the most important things for me is Customer Service and how a company interacts with me. From setting up a quote, to meeting Salim in person, it was clear that GreenCare Tree Services are all about their customers and truly do care; The name fits them perfectly. We were given a more than fair price quote with no hidden costs whatsoever, and no pressure to commit to using their company. Salim even encouraged us to look around at other companies, including reading online reviews to help us make our decision. Tree Removal day was an even more amazing experience. The tree removal experts (and they truly were experts), used geometry, physics, and gravity to ensure the tree removal was safely completed. They were unbelievably careful to ensure that no part of the tree touched our home as large branches were taken down piece by piece. Even more amazing was to watch these gentlemen work with each other to help make the removal as easy for themselves as possible. Watching them work together can only be described as them having pure 'synergy' with one another. Salim (who also was a huge part of the removal), Dio, Ken, and Tyler were also some of the kindest and friendliest people we have ever met. The passion these gentlemen have for the work they do only added to the wonderful experience of meeting them. The clean-up was extensive and thorough, they didn't stop until everything was cleared and tidy. We are beyond thrilled with the work that was done by GreenCare Tree Services and have nothing but positive praise and feedback for this amazing company and group of people. They made our day!

The crew were friendly and true professionals. The guy had all the proper safety gear, climbed the tree in a minute and carefully removed the branches one by one. Within an hour and a half the tree was gone and the work area cleaned up perfectly. Not a single twig landed in my neighbours yard. Very Impressed.

The tree was dissected section by section and brought down with so much precision that it was incredible to watch. Neither sheds nor the fence was ever touched.

A big shout out to Ken and Dio who engineered and executed the plan to bring down the tree and to the ground crew Tyler, Luke and Clarence who left the place cleaner than when they arrived.
